- Description:
- the nia project provides a wide range of services for women and children who have experienced domestic violence and other forms of gender violence. The organisation is currently recruiting for the above post within the Housing Services Team:
- An organised person is required to ensure the effective and efficient operation and management of Housing Services.
- You will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the Housing Services Team, including the management and supervision of staff in conjunction with the nia project’s policies and procedures and in line with the requirements of Supporting People.
- Experience and knowledge of management within a supported housing/refuge setting, Supporting People funding, as well as a sound knowledge of gender violence and the provisions of providing advice on issues including welfare benefits, housing etc.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
