Description:

An organised, effective and efficient person is required within the Housing Services Team who will provide/facilitate advice, support and advocacy services to women living in our refuges including with move on support and manage and maintain the refuge on a daily basis.

As a Support Worker you will be dealing with very sensitive issues therefore tact, empathy, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are a necessity, as is common sense and attention to detail.

You must have work experience within a supported housing/refuge setting, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
