- Description:
- We are a charity providing a flexible range of support services to survivors of rape and sexual abuse. We provide information and support through our Helpline which is open 365 days a year and counselling through our successful Face to Face Service. The postholder will be responsible for managing the helpline service and personnel. We are looking for a woman with considerable counselling experience, who understands the needs of survivors, management skills, interpersonal skills, can assist with volunteer training and has experience of Helpline procedures. Must be flexible, willing to work as part of a dedicated team, communicate well with a wide range of people and able to work under pressure. Experience of IT a distinct advantage. This is a busy but very rewarding position for someone who has vision and enjoys working in a stimulating environment.
