- Description:
- The postholder will be responsible for managing the helpline service and personnel. We are looking for a woman with considerable counselling experience, who understands the needs of survivors, management skills, interpersonal skills, can assist with volunteer training and has experience of Helpline procedrues. Must be energetic, willing to work as part of a dedicated team, communicate will with a wide range of people and able to work under pressure. Experience of IT a distinct advantage. This sia a busy but very rewarding posision for someone who has vision and enjoys working in a stimulating environment.
