Description:

Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Centre in Croydon Are looking for A Counselling Coordinator To manage our well established & successful Counselling Service

A unique opportunity for a highly experienced administrator and therapist to manage and develop our effective and exceptional Counselling Service for female survivors over 14 years old, taking it to new heights!

The successful applicant will require good leadership skills, management & HR experience, a sound counselling qualification as well as extensive experience working with survivors of rape & childhood sexual abuse.

The role is diverse requiring a range of abilities including analysis of counselling provision, budgeting, client consultations, representing RASASC to outside agencies, being an administrative guru and someone who thinks ‘outside the box’.
