- Description:
- You will have responsibility for developing the volunteer and staff training programmes for this national charity.
- You will have a track record in volunteer management including recruiting, training and supporting volunteers for diverse roles in fundraising, communications, refuges, outreach and helpline services.
- In addition you will take a lead role in developing and co-ordinating our staff training strategy, working hand-in-hand with managers across the organisation.
- You will have good planning and presentation skills, and a flexible approach.
