Description:

Refuge is a national charity, which provides a lifeline for women and children experiencing domestic violence. We are currently looking to recruit a Female* staff member to join our management team.

This role involves working within Refuge's senior operational management team to ensure that Refuge has appropriate quality measures in all its services, to co-ordinate performance management across a wide range of domestic violence services including the management of Supporting People contracts across the country and associated budgeting and working with a wide range of partners.

You must have a commitment to the values of empowerment, support and equality, which underpin all the work undertaken by Refuge
