35 hours per week

Salary:

£28,532 per annum plus 3% pension

Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic Legal Officer to join our hardworking and innovative team. We work to attain justice and equality by informing, educating and empowering women on their legal rights.

You must be a fully qualified female solicitor or barrister with experience of family law and criminal law.

You should be able to research legal issues and have the ability to deliver training.

You will provide legal advice on our telephone advice lines, and contribute to our innovative publications, policy and development work.

The contract is for one year with the possibility of an extension subject to funding.
