- Dellow Centre is one of the UK's most innovative services for homeless people and we are now seeking to make a number of key appointments to our advice and support team.

Position 1:
- Women's Development Worker (Ref: PC-8-1/G London E1)
- Salary:
- c£23-26k pa depending on experience
- Description:
- This post offers an exciting opportunity to develop our services for commercial sex workers and homeless women.
- You will be expected to provide face-to-face advice, manage a caseload, support our women's groups, and undertake occasional outreach work (for which an additional payment and time off in lieu is provided).
- In addition, you will also be expected to oversee our beautician training course.
- We are looking for someone of graduate calibre who is self-motivated.
- An excellent team-worker, you will need at least one year's experience of working with vulnerable women.
- Knowledge of homelessness legislation is desirable as is experience of undertaking assessments of clients with complex needs.

Position 2:
- Advice Worker - Substance Misuse (Ref: PC-8-2/G London E1)
- Salary:
- c£23-26k pa depending on experience
- Description:
- Joining a small multi-disciplinary team you will provide advice and referrals for clients who are misusing drugs or alcohol.
- You will be expected to provide face-to-face advice, manage a caseload, and develop harm minimisation initiatives in partnership with other organisations.
- Of graduate calibre you must have a least one year's experience of working with clients who misuse drugs or alcohol.
- Ideally, you will have a thorough understanding of current practice in this field and of the services available for homeless clients.
- An excellent team-worker you will be committed to quality and have an understanding of casework standards.
