- Description:
- Experience of running busy voluntary sector office and managing IT, HR, staff and volunteers.
- The role is to manage administrative processes, to support the Co-ordinators in strategic development of those processes and to ensure good administrative practice is integrated and implemented across WEN.
You will need a good understanding of charity and employment law and HR practice, understanding of common office operating systems and software and the ability to troubleshoot day-to-day IT problems, strong interpersonal skills and excellent organisational skills.
- Because this post is expected to contribute equally to the running of the WEN office, which may involve dealing with enquiries from women on personal and health matters it is essential that the post holder is a woman. Section 7(2)(e) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 applies.
