Description:

Woman’s Trust is a London based charity providing person centred mental health and support services to women affected by domestic violence.

We are seeking a new Director with drive and passion, plus a hands on attitude, to help us to build on our strategic development of specialised domestic violence mental health services.

Applications from BME candidates particularly welcome

Requirements:
** 5 years staff and project management
** 2 years working with domestic violence
** 450 hours counselling clients in person centred /humanistic style
** Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commitment to working in a Person Centred style

Post self-servicing requiring excellent organisational skills.

Post holders required to travel in the London area.

A commitment to equal opportunities and experience of working with women from BME Communities essential.
